"Warm up without being burned"
A tipically chaotic Sunday. hot as microwaves
The day before were hot too but tipically tropical as today has begun.
But you know what expect but how to really know about this chaos.
Knowing it is one thing solving is another. i believe teh goal is to win every game. We need to develop a oneness of thoughts and action, to find the space where together we can become more receptive to the spiritual growth that is required this time And it can be extremelly difficult.
There would be emotional statements made that i wouldn´t want to repeat, the cruelty more malicious than i could imagine.
The positive point is to eliminate the negative KARMA, make changes in our lives. We must feel the natural environment outside the walls we made, to feel more tahn our own presence.
(breath, center themselves, to shut their minds down, allow any external sounds) A door slamming, a voice in the hallway echoing, a phone ringing, etc.
Pass without identify them.
Would you achieve peace, a oneness of thought? would you be able to let go, to open your consciousness to a new level of trust?
Probably not!
But they have to learn to be centered when everything around us moves too fast..
Now a rain is faling it´s Sunday afternoon the smell of wet sand filling my nose. Also i need to go into this space for myself as much as for anyone else, to put me in touch again with the spiritual mode of a war game.
